Heads up
You Must Not Use PromptMia To
- Break the law or facilitate unlawful activity, including fraud, impersonation, scams, phishing, or unauthorized surveillance.
- Store, transmit, or generate malware, ransomware, exploit code, credential-harvesting material, botnet instructions, or content designed to degrade or compromise systems.
- Harass, threaten, stalk, defame, exploit, or abuse other people, or generate content that intentionally enables those harms.
- Upload data you do not have permission to use, including secrets, customer databases, regulated personal data, health records, or payment-card data, unless you independently ensure compliant handling.
- Use the service to build or distribute spam workflows, fake engagement systems, or mass unsolicited outreach.
Security, Access, and Platform Integrity
You may not attempt to undermine the security or availability of the service. Prohibited behavior includes:
- Trying to bypass authentication, authorization, quotas, rate limits, origin restrictions, monitoring, or suspension mechanisms.
- Scraping, probing, scanning, fuzzing, or load-testing the service without prior written authorization.
- Sharing accounts or API keys in a way that obscures responsibility, defeats attribution, or enables unauthorized use.
- Attempting to access another user's templates, shares, metadata, logs, or account information without permission.
- Interfering with the service in a way that could disrupt other users, including denial-of-service behavior, abusive concurrency, or repeated failed-auth attempts.
Automation and API Rules
Automation is allowed only when it stays within documented product behavior and does not create operational or legal risk. You must not:
- Evade rate limits, rotate credentials to avoid enforcement, or use multiple accounts to bypass quotas.
- Resell, sublicense, mirror, or white-label the service without permission.
- Use automated collection to harvest prompts, outputs, public templates, or user data for competing datasets or model-training corpora when prohibited by applicable law or contract.
- Misrepresent generated or compiled outputs as reviewed, guaranteed, or approved by PromptMia.
AI-Specific Restrictions
You may not use PromptMia to create or operationalize prompt workflows whose primary purpose is to:
- Generate harmful or abusive content at scale.
- Bypass another platform's safety controls, content policies, or authentication systems.
- Extract secrets, credentials, hidden prompts, or protected model behavior from third-party systems without authorization.
- Automate decisions in regulated or high-risk contexts without appropriate human oversight and legal compliance.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and take action without prior notice. Enforcement actions may include request throttling, key revocation, content removal, template deletion, share-link deactivation, account suspension, account deletion, termination, evidence preservation, and cooperation with service providers or lawful authorities.
We may also apply temporary restrictions while reviewing suspicious behavior, even if a final determination has not yet been made.
