Terms of Use

These terms cover the basics of using PromptMia, including accounts, sharing, API access, product changes, and the rules that keep the platform running smoothly.

These Terms of Use form a binding agreement between you and Karia Solutions, LLC regarding your use of PromptMia. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the service.

Beta Release and Breaking Changes

PromptMia is offered in beta. The service is evolving, may contain bugs, and may change substantially over time. Features, APIs, limits, data models, URLs, template behavior, AI behavior, and product workflows may be added, modified, restricted, or removed at any time.

You understand and agree that breaking changes are expected during beta, and Karia Solutions, LLC has no obligation to maintain backward compatibility, preserve feature parity, or continue offering any particular functionality, integration, endpoint, storage format, or plan structure.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and must comply with all laws applicable to your use of the service. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials, maintaining accurate account information, and all activity that occurs under your account or API keys.

License to Use the Service

Subject to these terms, PromptMia grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the service for lawful internal business or personal purposes. We may modify, suspend, discontinue, restrict, or remove any part of the service at any time, with or without notice.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the prompts, templates, variables, and other content you submit. You grant Karia Solutions, LLC the rights needed to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, and display that content solely to operate, secure, improve, and support the service.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights, permissions, and lawful bases required to submit your content and to instruct us to process it. You are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and consequences of your content, including any content shared publicly or through share links.

Public Templates, Share Links, and API Keys

If you publish a template or create a share link, you are responsible for who can access it and what data it contains. Treat share URLs and API keys as sensitive credentials. We may rotate, revoke, throttle, or disable them at any time to protect the service or respond to suspected misuse.

Content and Account Removal Rights

Karia Solutions, LLC may review, refuse, remove, disable, or permanently delete any account, template, share link, API key, profile, or content at its sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason, including safety, legal, operational, reputational, commercial, product, moderation, or beta-program reasons.

You acknowledge that PromptMia is not a guaranteed archival or preservation service. You are responsible for keeping your own backups of any templates, prompts, outputs, or related data that matter to you.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not use PromptMia to:

• Violate any law, regulation, third-party right, export restriction, or contractual obligation.
• Upload or process content you are not authorized to use, including confidential data, trade secrets, regulated personal data, or infringing material.
• Probe, scan, exploit, reverse engineer, interfere with, or bypass security, rate limits, access controls, or technical restrictions.
• Generate, distribute, facilitate, or promote spam, phishing, malware, credential theft, fraud, harassment, or other abusive conduct.
• Use automated means in a manner that materially burdens the service or attempts to extract models, prompts, internal logic, or other users' data.

Additional restrictions appear in the Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

AI Features and Output

PromptMia may rely on third-party AI providers and may generate suggestions, autofill values, or transformed prompt text. AI-generated output can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or inappropriate for your use case. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all outputs before relying on them.

The service is not legal, medical, financial, employment, cybersecurity, or other regulated professional advice, and it must not be used as a substitute for qualified professional review where such review is required.

Monitoring, Enforcement, and Suspension

We may monitor usage, investigate suspected violations, log security events, throttle traffic, remove content, disable share links, revoke API keys, suspend accounts, delete accounts or templates, or terminate access at any time if we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect the service, users, business operations, or legal interests. We may also take those actions at our discretion as part of beta operation, feature rollouts, moderation decisions, or business changes.

Fees and Future Commercial Terms

Unless expressly stated otherwise, current access is provided under the pricing and limits shown in the product. We may introduce or modify paid plans, quotas, or feature restrictions in the future. Continued use of a paid offering may require acceptance of additional commercial terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an as is and as available basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Karia Solutions, LLC disclaims all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, accuracy, and security.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Karia Solutions, LLC and its operators, affiliates, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, business, goodwill, data, or use arising out of or related to the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of Karia Solutions, LLC for all claims arising out of or relating to the service is zero U.S. dollars (US$0.00).

If a court of competent jurisdiction determines that a zero-liability cap is unenforceable in a particular claim, then to the maximum extent permitted by law the total aggregate liability of Karia Solutions, LLC for that claim will not exceed the lesser of the amounts you paid to us for the service during the twelve months before the claim arose or one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Karia Solutions, LLC and its operators, affiliates, service providers, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your content, your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Changes and Termination

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes may be communicated in-product, on the website, or by other reasonable notice. We may terminate these terms or your access to the service at any time, with or without notice, and may do so selectively for individual features, templates, accounts, teams, or API access. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnities, and dispute-related provisions.

Governing Law

Except where prohibited by applicable law, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You are responsible for understanding any local laws that apply to your use of the service.
