How We Use Information

Public Content and Sensitive Data

Templates you mark as public, or content you include in share links, can become accessible to other people. Do not upload confidential business data, secrets, credentials, regulated personal data, payment-card data, protected health information, or any content you are not authorized to disclose.

You are responsible for deciding what content to publish or share and for ensuring you have a lawful basis to process any personal data included in prompts or variables.

Security and Abuse Prevention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect the service, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We may log access attempts, monitor for abuse patterns, throttle requests, suspend accounts, and preserve security-relevant records where necessary to investigate misuse or defend the business.

Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and maintain security and abuse-prevention records. We may delete accounts, templates, share links, API keys, or related data at our discretion, including for abuse prevention, legal risk, operational needs, inactivity, product changes, or beta-program adjustments. Public or shared content may persist in backups, logs, or caches for a limited period after deletion.

International Processing

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including by service providers located in different jurisdictions. By using the service, you understand that data-protection laws in those jurisdictions may differ from those in your country.

Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or object to certain processing of your information. You may also be able to manage public visibility, delete templates, revoke API keys, and delete your account from within the product.

We may need to verify your identity before acting on privacy-related requests and may deny or limit requests where permitted by law, including where doing so would adversely affect security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or the rights of others.

Children

The service is not directed to children under 13, and you may not use the service if applicable law prohibits you from doing so based on age. If we learn we collected personal information from a child in violation of law, we may delete that information and suspend the associated account.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes may be posted in the application, on the website, or through other reasonable notice. Your continued use of the service after the updated policy becomes effective means the updated policy applies to your use.
